Code Screens

Right now, we use a two-level code screen before applicants get to the hour-long technical interview.

Conceptually, some people argue against giving 'homework', but at the same time, they also think you should have an applicant code during an interview. Hard to have both? Perhaps make the code screen part of the actual phone call?
